We envisioned Covo as a vibrant social escape, a haven embodying the essence of the Mediterranean: its infectious energy and laid-back charm. This vision became the compass guiding every element, meticulously crafted to spark intrigue and stand out from the crowd.

Covo, named after a secluded cove, evokes idyllic images of seaside dining and the freshest seafood.  The tagline, “Your Mediterranean Hideaway,” reinforces this promise, whispering of warmth, hospitality, and exceptional cuisine – a sanctuary for fostering community and connection.

The logo, a clever blend of handwritten and modified serif fonts, encapsulates Covo’s inviting atmosphere. The handwritten script adds a personal touch, like a warm welcome scrawled on a seashell. Modified serifs lend a timeless elegance, creating a unique tapestry that reflects Covo’s commitment to a memorable dining experience, where classic charm meets personalised service. Drawing inspiration from the artistic movement of Art Deco, the brand logo incorporates elements that add sophistication and visual intrigue. Clean lines and geometric shapes evoke a sense of elegance and modernity, seamlessly blending with the distinctive typefaces. The final product: a logo that embodies Covo’s Mediterranean roots and unwavering dedication to a remarkable dining experience.

The vibrant coral hue adorning the logo symbolises warmth, passion, and the welcoming spirit that defines Covo. This choice perfectly aligns with the brand personality, creating an inviting and friendly visual identity. The palette is further enhanced with a soft pastel blue, reminiscent of clear Mediterranean skies and tranquil seas.

Our open-plan restaurant design caters to every mood. Cosy nooks draped in coral upholstery and crisp white linens on tables invite intimate gatherings, while vibrant areas come alive with custom-designed framed artworks – our very own creations. These captivating pieces echo the soul of Covo, with a fusion of mixed media techniques and detailed illustrations that capture the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Even the walls themselves tell a story; the whimsical “Acquario” wallpaper boasts a unique aquatic scene, further immersing patrons in the Covo experience. Pops of colour, such as our custom hand-painted plates, throughout the space set the stage for lively interactions, while the exploration-friendly layout presents a dynamic space, enriching the dining experience.

The bar itself transforms into an entertaining stage where skilled bartenders craft signature cocktails with flair. This energetic space thrums with life, perfectly complementing Covo’s identity as a trendy and inviting haven.
