Maniera Architects approached Steves&Co. at a pivotal moment of change. After more than two decades as a respected architectural practice, the studio was entering a second-generation transition, ready to redefine its positioning, shifting from a more traditional architecture firm into a forward-looking advisory partner recognised for responsible, intelligent, and context-driven design.
Their challenge was twofold: articulate a brand narrative that reflected their depth of expertise, purpose, and values, and build a digital presence capable of supporting long-term growth. Maniera Architects needed an identity and platform that not only clarified who they are, but also resonated with a growing diverse audience – supporting private developers, project collaborators, local communities, and the broader public.
Our brief was to create a brand that could carry the weight of their thinking, the precision of their work, and the integrity of their practice and allow the firm to remain relevant as a leader for the future ahead.
We began with a full strategic repositioning, uncovering the essence of Maniera: a practice guided by responsibility, intelligence, and long-term value for their clients. This discovery foundation allowed us to shape a comprehensive brand platform – purpose, values, tone, and narrative, designed to reflect an architectural practice that stands for clarity, context, and thoughtful decision-making.
From this, we developed a refined visual identity. The new mark, a geometric ‘M’ inspired by structure and form, embodies their architectural precision, while the palette and typography express confidence, modernity, and also restraint. Together, the system presents a brand that feels grounded, contemporary, and built to endure.
Our teams further extended this newly created brand identity into a custom UX/UI experience and full website build. The site was designed to speak with authority and clarity, balancing technical insight with a warm, approachable tone. Every touchpoint, from project pages to advisory content, reinforces Maniera’s positioning as architects and advisors who look beyond aesthetics to deliver long-term, responsible value.
Finally, we developed and continue to manage their full social media strategy and framework to guide content, thought leadership, and public communications. This ensures Maniera’s voice remains consistent, trustworthy, and aligned with their purpose across every channel.
The rebrand has given Maniera Architects a renewed presence that honours its heritage while confidently stepping into the future.
