The Balcony Collection, a boutique luxury hospitality group, Headquartered in Rome, renowned for its intimate and design-led boutique suites across Europe, sought to elevate its brand positioning and guest experience. Having built a reputation for offering exclusive stays with breathtaking balcony views overlooking historical landmarks, the group recognised the need for a more cohesive identity that reflected its luxurious yet intimate hospitality approach.
OUR APPROACH
To achieve this, Steves&Co. conducted a comprehensive brand audit, analysing existing touchpoints, guest feedback, and competitive positioning. From this foundation, we developed a strategic brand refresh that encompassed:
