We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Accounts Executive to join our innovative creative marketing agency. As a Marketing Accounts Executive, you will report to the Marketing Accounts Manager and you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to drive client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and acting as the main point of contact.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and content teams, to coordinate project timelines and resources.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop strategic plans that align with their goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on marketing strategies, including creative concepts, messaging, and target audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing clients with regular updates and actionable insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports outlining campaign results, key performance indicators, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges, finding innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Understand clients’ brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Have a basic understanding of staffing and scoping requirements and the ability to recognise scope changes and assign to the right team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to craft comprehensive branding and marketing strategies;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects, including branding, web, social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide clear and concise creative briefs to ensure project alignment with client branding.

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years experience in account management within a creative marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and creative processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
